  1. TRIP is the shareware release of Trip-A-Tron by Jeff Minter of
  2. Llamasoft (dated Aug. 24, 1992).  The software is complete, but you will
  3. need the manual to avail yourself of all the features of this
  4. "enlightening" piece of software.  Trip-A-Tron is a light synthesiser.
  5. It is NOT a sound-to-light system.  You don't plug it into your stereo.
  6. Trip-A-Tron is designed as a performance instrument, which plays light
  7. and pattern instead of music.  You use it WITH your favourite tunes
  8. (from Heavy Metal to Classical, your choice).  You can use this "right
  9. off the disk" but with the manual you can really control this display
  10. and tune it to just your style.  This shareware version has a bug which
  11. messes up the STE and higher item selector.  You can still use it,
  12. but....  The registered version fixes that problem.  Docs included (to
  13. get you started.).  ST-TT (maybe Falcon) compatible.  Color only.
